<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the Mayor be
<br />authorized to sign the Application Form requesting
<br />to have Roseville designated as a Bicentennial of the
<br />Constitution Community. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the hearing
<br />date for Joseph Coppersmith's request for final plat
<br />at 645 Transit Avenue be scheduled for February 23,
<br />1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the allocation of
<br />$576.00 from the Franchise Fees in the Contingency
<br />Account to fund a part-time Cable TV Aide position be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the matter of
<br />hiring Labor Relations Associates to assist in
<br />updating the City's Clerical/Technical Pay Plan and
<br />authorizing the use of funds from the Contingency
<br />Account to pay for the consultant, be referred to the
<br />next Council Work Session to be held on February 16,
<br />1987. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the staff be
<br />authorized to include a new section in the Planning
<br />Application encouraging neighborhood meetings for
<br />rezonings, Special Use Permits, variances, and
<br />division of lots or platting of property, and further
<br />instructing the staff to investigate procedures used
<br />in other cities before finalizing the Application Form.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that an additional
<br />expenditure of $1,275.00 for the Langton Lake Park
<br />Plan, and the total amount of $6,765.00 be charged
<br />to the Contingency Account be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following
<br />receipt of easements for 1987 Pathway Projects,
<br />and authorizing the City Attorney to record them
<br />with the County Registrar of Deeds, be approved.
