<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 24th day of June 1991, at 7:30 p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8688C <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING THE NORTH 15 FEET OF IONE STREET <br />ADJACENT TO 1746 NORTH HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the <br />City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a <br />portion of a certain street in the City of Roseville should be <br />vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said portion of street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public street over the <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 15 feet of lone Street lying between the east line <br />of Hamline Ave and the east line of Lot 8 Block 2 Gottfried. <br /> <br />The following conditions apply to this approval: <br /> <br />1. That the new driveway opening and driveway be built to City <br />standards, including a 5 foot setback to the relocated lone <br />Street right-of-way. <br /> <br />2. That the new driveway be designed to include a backup space <br />allowing cars to maneuver properly and head out onto Hamline <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />
