<br />E-6 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8123,
<br />accepting a feasibility report for Project ~v-87-04,
<br />ordering the improvement and authorizing the prepar-
<br />ation of plans and specifications, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-7 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8124,
<br />approving the plans and specifications and ordering
<br />Advertisement for Bids for 1987 Contract F, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E- 8 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />requests be referred to the April 1, 1987 Planning
<br />Commission Meeting, and establishing a Council
<br />Public Hearing for the April 13, 1987 City Council
<br />meeting:

<br />2987 Owasso Boulevard.
<br />
<br />2. Shelard request for Special Use Permit at
<br />2435 Rice Street.
<br />
<br />3. Super America request for rezoning from R-1 to
<br />B-2, Special Use Permit, and Comprehensive Plan
<br />Amendment at 2172 Lexington Avenue.
<br />
<br />4. Kayo Oil Company request for rezoning from I-I
<br />to B-4, and Special Use Permit at 1583 County
<br />Road C.
<br />
<br />5. Proposed new business zoning districts--B-5,
<br />B-6, and B-7.
<br />
<br />6. proposed Tax Increment District No.9.
