<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />requests be referred to the July 1, 1987 Planning
<br />Commission meeting, and establishing a Council
<br />Public Hearing for the July 13, 1987 City Council
<br />meeting:

<br />1. Fine Associates request for rezoning, Special Use
<br />Permit, and variance at 2665 and 2710 Snelling
<br />Frontage Road.

<br />2. Allan and JoAnn Mattson request for division of lot
<br />at 2339 Roselawn Avenue.
<br />
<br />3. John C. Ericson request for sign variance at 1233
<br />W. Larpenteur.
<br />
<br />4. Bonestroo/Rosene request for Special Use Permit and
<br />rezoning at 2335 - 2369 Fulham.

<br />
<br />6. Centre Pointe request for vacation of portions of

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that an additional
<br />expenditure of $775.53 for the Langton Lake Park Plan,
<br />for a total amount of $7,541.00, to be charged to the
<br />Contingency Account, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />CONTRACT
<br />
<br />E-11 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that an agreement with TRAFFIC
<br />Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc., for a traffic system STUDY
<br />analysis in the general County Road C area, in an
<br />amount not to exceed $26,600, with the funding to be
<br />from the tax increment fund, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Wiski.

<br />E-12 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8145, RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing the exercise of eminent domain for the 8145
<br />purchase of a ten foot strip of land along County
<br />Road B for the path to be constructed under City
<br />Project M-86-11, and for the purchase of any temporary
<br />easements required to construct the pathway along
<br />West Snelling Frontage Road, City Project M-87-09,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
