<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Centre Pointe's
<br />public hearing for final plat on the east side of 35W
<br />between County Roads C and D be continued to the
<br />October 12, 1987 City Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Gerald Kaufhold's
<br />public hearing for rezoning, Comprehensive Plan Amend-
<br />ment, preliminary plat, and variance at 1130 County
<br />Road B be continued to the October 12, 1987 City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Joint Council/
<br />Planning Commission Work Session be held at 7:30 p.m.,
<br />Monday, October 5, 1987, for the purpose of reviewing
<br />study plans for the County Road C/Cleveland/Snelling
<br />area. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cush-
<br />man, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Volunteer
<br />Commission Banquet be held on Wednesday, October 28,
<br />1987, at the Lido Italian Ristorante, beginning at
<br />6:30 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Richard
<br />Cloutier's request for minor variance at 637 Transit
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the Haider request
<br />for shoreline setback variance and shoreline permit
<br />at 2790 Victoria Street be denied based on the
<br />following findings:
<br />
<br />1. That the shoreline variance is too extreme and
<br />will establish an inappropriate precedent.
<br />
<br />2. That the proposal will have a negative impact
<br />on the shoreline vegetation.
<br />
<br />3. That the extreme variance will negatively impact
<br />and degrade the aesthetics of the general shoreline
<br />of Lake Owasso.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: Matson.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the Don Roberts
<br />request for sign variance at 2465 North Fairview
<br />Avenue be continued to the October 12, 1987 City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: Wiski.
