<br />for a time extension of twenty calendar days, for NO. 2
<br />1987 Contract G be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,

<br />E-16 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8210, RESOLUTION
<br />for apportionment of assessments on Division No. 8210
<br />DA06094, Lincoln Properties, and Division No. DD060928,
<br />Patton Business Second Addition, by Ramsey County be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-17 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Romeo Salsa's ROMEO SALSA
<br />request for a temporary On Sale Intoxicating Liquor
<br />License for the Roseville Central Park Foundation Ball
<br />to be held at Roseville Central Park from 7:00 p.m.,
<br />September 26, 1987, to 1:00 a.m., September 27, 1987,
<br />as authorized by Minnesota laws, be approved with the
<br />condition that evidence of necessary liquor liability
<br />insurance coverage be sumitted to the City. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiski.

<br />E-18 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that a public hearing MGM LIQUOR
<br />be established for the October 12, 1987 Council WAREHOUSE
<br />meeting to consider Roseville Spirits, Inc., dba
<br />MGM Liquor Warehouse, Application for Off Sale Liquor
<br />License at 1615 West County Road C. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
