<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the proposed Cable
<br />commission Budget for 1988 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the partial
<br />release of easement over 2825 North Oxford Street and
<br />receiving the utility easement be approved, and the
<br />City Attorney be instructed to register it with
<br />Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8212,
<br />certifying unpaid sanitary sewer and water accounts
<br />to the Ramsey County Auditor for collection during
<br />1988, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />approved. Roll Call, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to execute the Letter of Agreement
<br />with George M. Hansen Company to perform the 1987
<br />audit. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1021,
<br />adding Section 151.125 to the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville, allowing the sale of intoxicating malt
<br />liquors at establishments licensed to sell wine and
<br />nonintoxicating malt liquor, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mayor Wiski stated the City Council had met in
<br />private session with legal counsel on September 25,
<br />and September 28, 1987, to discuss the court decision
<br />of Kehr versus City of Roseville. Legal counsel was
<br />instructed to file a motion for amended or additional
<br />findings. The Council decided not to appeal the court
<br />decision at this time. The last date to appeal the
<br />decision to the Minnesota Court of Appeals is December
<br />18, 1987.
