<br />EXTRACT OP HXNUTES OP HEETXNG <br />OP CXTY COUNCXL <br />CXTY OP ROSEVXLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, HXNNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, July 8, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: CUshman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTXON NO. 8690 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NOS. <br />P-SS-W-86-44, ST-89-20, P-90-02 #6, ST-90-13, <br />P-90-02 #70, ST-90-10, P-90-02 #71, ST-90-09, <br />UL-90-20, P-89-23, P-90-14 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-SS-W-86-44 of the city of Roseville on all that <br />property located on Sextant Avenue from Dale street to east cul-de-sac <br />for the construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, <br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances. . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$97,389.12, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvelaents amounts to $28,329.35 so that the total cost of the <br />improvements will be $125,718.47, and of this cost the City will pay <br />$0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $125,718.47 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. ST-89-20 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />known as Crossroads 89 by the installation of storm sewer, drainage <br />pond, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$380,211.98, the other expenses incurreQ or to be incurred in the making <br />of said improvements amounts to $166,934.76 so that the total cost of <br />the improvements will be $547,146.74, and of this cost the city will pay <br />$187,846.41 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $359,300.33; and <br />
