<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1022,
<br />adding Section 8.260(14), 8.280(10), 8.320(18), 8.350
<br />(20), 8.410(12), and 8.470(5), allowing parking in
<br />contiguous business districts, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Centre pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the December 21,
<br />1987 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr
<br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Rosewood Corpora-
<br />tion's request for final plat at 2241-2391 Highway 36
<br />be continued to the December 21, 1987 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Jim Hannegan's
<br />eligibility for reappointment to the Police Civil
<br />Service commission be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Ed Wolfe's
<br />request for minor variance at 2755 N. Fernwood be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Outcomes, Inc.
<br />request for variance for a six foot fence within a
<br />thirty foot right-of-way at 388 Oakcrest Avenue be
<br />denied due to the finding of fact that there is no
<br />hardship. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Spur Station's
<br />request for variance at 3110 Cleveland he approved,
<br />based on hardship, with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the staff approve landscape and drainage
<br />plans.
<br />
<br />2. That the development proceed per plans dated
<br />October 9, 1987.
<br />

<br />E-4 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Roseville Shoppes
<br />Limited Partnership request for a variance at 1665
<br />West County Road C be approved, based on hardship.
