<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council - December 1, 1987. 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Members <br />absent: wiski. Kehr present but absent from Council Table. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Matson moved to not appeal the District Court <br />decision of September 14, 1987, in the case of Alvin <br />F. Kehr versus the City of Roseville. Motion died <br />for lack of a second. <br /> <br />AL KEHR'S <br />PROPOSED <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, to instruct the <br />Special Attorney to appeal the District Court decision <br />of September 14, 1987 in the case of Alvin F. Kehr <br />versus the City of Roseville, with costs of appeal to <br />to be funded from the Contingency Account. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Cushman and Johnson. Nays: Matson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson requested that his written <br />"Statement in Support of Appeal by Councilman Vern <br />Johnson," dated December 1, 1987, be referenced in <br />December 1, 1987 minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />the City Council, and be filed in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />I-I <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, <br />Cushman, and Johnson.
