<br />Wiski moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8223, In
<br />Commendation Of Bruce Ryden Upon His Retirement, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays:

<br />wiski moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8224, In
<br />Commendation Of Walt Jopke Upon His Retirement, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8225,
<br />In Appreciation To Donn Wiski For His Service As Mayor,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, and Cushman.
<br />Nays: None. Abstain: Wiski.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of November 23, 1987, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of December 1, 1987, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />'yes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />the following liquor licenses for Calendar Year 1988,
<br />be approved with the condition that the required
<br />Insurance Certificates, Surety Bonds, and Workers'
