<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of January 11, 1988 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes; Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8244,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-87-08 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8245,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-88-03, Neighborhood 38,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded that Resolution 8245
<br />be amended by changing the six foot wide pathway to
<br />eight feet from County Road B-2 to Bismark. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman and Johnson. Nays: Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog.

<br />Roll Call on original motion, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8246,
<br />prohibiting parking on the east side of Western Avenue
<br />from County Road B-2 to Minnesota Avenue, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8247,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-88-02, Neighborhood 69,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted.

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8248,
<br />ordering Improvement No. ST-88-07 and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8249,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-88-02, Neighborhood No. 28,
<br />and authorizing the preparation of plans, be adopted.
<br />The staff is instructed to prepare plans which pro-
<br />vide, if possible, for hammerhead turnarounds using
<br />easements over the private drives of the homes at the
<br />west ends of Transit and Sextant. Roll Call, Ayes:
