<br />F-2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Earnest Money
<br />Contract 87-15-4 for the sum of $1.00 be received and
<br />instructing the staff upon receipt of the easement to
<br />record such with the Ramsey County Register of Deed.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />F-3 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution No.
<br />8271 declaring the adequacy of a petition to provide
<br />storm sewer pipe, fill, and appurtenances for Mueller
<br />Bies Funeral Home and authorizing the preparation of
<br />a feasibility study be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Rog. Nays: None.

<br />F-4 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a public hearing
<br />be established for the council meeting of March 28,
<br />1988, to consider vacation of the following:

<br />1. Grandview Avenue right-of-way east of Western
<br />Avenue.
<br />
<br />2. Comet Drive as platted in Brenner Addition No.3.
<br />
<br />3. County Road C-2 west of Cleveland Avenue and east
<br />of 35W.
<br />
<br />4. Raymond Avenue north of County Road C-2.

<br />F-5 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the North Suburban
<br />Youth Association request for a class "B" gambling
<br />license at 2540 N. Cleveland and B-Dale Men's Club, Inc.
<br />application for a class "B" gambling license at 2100 N.
<br />Dale Street be tabled until the gambling ordinance
<br />has been adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that B-Dale Men's Club GAMBLING
<br />application for class liB" gambling license at 2100 N. LICENSE
