~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 8, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8691 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-91-17 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-91-17 consisting of the extension of Arona street to provide access to the Ralph Reeder School site by installing bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $21,398.11, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons _ and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be._constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa,vor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
