CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - March 14, 1988. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Members absent: None. 7 : 3 0 P. I'1 . ROLL CALL Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES regular meeting of February 29, 1988 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. B-1 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Lincoln Companies request for rezoning from I-I to B-4 at 1600 Terrace Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cus~nan, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Cushman moved, .Johnson seconded, that Lincoln Companies request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from industrial to business at 1600 Terrace Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1029, rezoning property from 1-1 to B-4 at 1600 Terrace Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, John- son, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Lincoln Com- panies request for Special Use Permit and preliminary plat at 1600 Terrace Drive be approved with the following conditions: 1. That additional landscaping be provided in the parking lot. 2. That brick be provided on the exterior on all sides of the building. 3. That interior trash storage be provided. 4. That final drainage and landscaping plans be approved by staff. J. That sidewalks be provided. 6. That joint access easements be provided for truck access to the two properties. 7.
