<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - March 14, 1988. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />7 : 3 0 P. I'1 . <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />regular meeting of February 29, 1988 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Lincoln <br />Companies request for rezoning from I-I to B-4 at <br />1600 Terrace Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cus~nan, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, .Johnson seconded, that Lincoln <br />Companies request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />from industrial to business at 1600 Terrace Drive, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1029, <br />rezoning property from 1-1 to B-4 at 1600 Terrace <br />Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, John- <br />son, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Lincoln Com- <br />panies request for Special Use Permit and preliminary <br />plat at 1600 Terrace Drive be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That additional landscaping be provided in the <br />parking lot. <br /> <br />2. That brick be provided on the exterior on all <br />sides of the building. <br /> <br />3. That interior trash storage be provided. <br /> <br />4. That final drainage and landscaping plans be <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />J. That sidewalks be provided. <br /> <br />6. That joint access easements be provided for truck <br />access to the two properties. <br /> <br />7. That the development be constructed as per plans <br />approved March 14, 1988. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog.
