<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />April 11, 1988 <br /> <br />F-6 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following <br />items be referred to the May 4, 1988 Planning Com- <br />mission meeting, and establishing the Council public <br />hearing for May 9, 1988: <br /> <br />1. George Reiling request for a preliminary plat, and <br />front yard setback variances for the property <br />located on the east side of victoria street, south <br />of County Road C-2 (2834 victoria street), and on <br />the west side of victoria street south of Orchard <br />Lane (2815 and 2835 victoria street). <br /> <br />2. Marie and Albert Bies request for a special Use <br />Permit at 2118 North Dale Street. <br /> <br />3. Roseville Properties request for a rezoning from <br />1-1 to B-4, and Special Use Permit for site plan <br />approval at 1955 West County Road B-2. <br /> <br />4. Dean McAllister/Robert Michels request for lot <br />division at 818 and 820 Millwood Avenue. <br /> <br />5. Dick Kotoski request for lot division at 2466 <br />Street. <br /> <br />6. Robert Renstrom request for lot division and a <br />Special Use Permit for a planned unit development at <br />1887 and 1895 Rice street. <br /> <br />7. Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area. <br /> <br />2. Policy to require a ten percent land dedication <br />for open space in the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />Area. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and <br />Rog.
