<br />receiving a feasibility report for Centre pointe 8294
<br />Business Park water main, Project W-88-10, and ordering
<br />the improvement be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8295, RESOLUTION
<br />declaring adequacy of petition for concrete curb and 8295
<br />gutter and appurtenances for Centre pointe Business
<br />Park, Lot 1, Block 1, along the south side of County
<br />Road D only, and ordering preparation of a report on
<br />this improvement, Project W-88-11, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
