Roseville city council Minutes May 23, 1988 F-1 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the Council authorize the Mayor, City Manager, and Fire Chief to sign the Capitol city Mutual Aid Association Contract, effective January 1, 1988 through December 31, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. F-2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that an On Sale Non- Intoxicating Malt Beverage License for the Gold Leaf Restaurant at 2216 W. County Road D be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. Page 3 CAPITOL CITY MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION CONTRACT LICENSE BILLS Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the stuart Anderson CATTLE Cattle Company request for a permit for a temporary COMPANY structure at 2750 North Snelling Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the tent be flame retardant, and that a certificate from the provider or manufacturer be provided to staff to evidence that the tent is, in fact, flame retardant. 2. That a portable fire extinguisher be provided in the tent. 3. That access be maintained around the existing building at all times. 4. That there be no alcoholic beverages outside the main building. 5. That an off duty police officer be hired for security and crowd control during the event. 6. That the noise level of the music be controlled so that it does not unreasonably disturb neighbors. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
