<br />continued to the July 11, 1988 City Council meeting.

<br />shall's request for a lot division at 2120 North MARSHALL
<br />Cleveland Avenue be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:

<br />1. That the garage be removed prior to recording
<br />of the respective deeds.

<br />feet in area.
