<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8307, in RESOLUTION
<br />appreciation to Cliff Rossi upon his retirement from the 8307
<br />city of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the regular MINUTES
<br />meeting of June 27, 1988 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. Abstain:
<br />Johnson, because he was not present.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Lexington
<br />Avenue Limited Partnership/George Reiling request for
<br />a Comprehensive Plan change from medium density resi-
<br />dential to high density residential, park, and busi-
<br />ness at 2775 Lexington Avenue be continued to the July
<br />25, 1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Lexington
<br />Avenue Limited Partnership/George Reiling request for
<br />rezoning from R-2 to R-1 and B-4 and from SC to R-3A
<br />and B-4 at 2775 Lexington Avenue be continued to the
<br />July 25, 1988 City council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that adoption of an
<br />ordinance, rezoning the site from R-2 to R-1 and B-4,
<br />and from SC to R-3A and B-4 at 2775 Lexington Avenue
<br />be continued to the July 25, 1988 City Council meeting.

<br />Avenue Limited Partnership/George Reiling request for
<br />a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development at
<br />2775 Lexington Avenue be continued to the July 25,
<br />1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Lexington
<br />Avenue Limited Partnership/George Reiling request for
<br />preliminary plat at 2775 Lexington Avenue be continued
<br />to the July 25, 1988 city Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
