<br />of city employees (social events, grand openings, etc.)
<br />by adding paragraph (3) to Section 254.030, be adopted.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1041, ORDINANCE
<br />amending the City Code restricting certain activities 1041
<br />of city employees (gratuities) by adding section
<br />254.097, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that an ordinance
<br />amending the City Code restricting certain activities
<br />of city employees (nepotism) by adding Section 254.095
<br />be continued to the July 25, 1988 City Council meeting.
