<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that payment in the
<br />amount of $5,000.00 to Sessing Architects, Inc., and
<br />$225.00 to Twin City Testing for asbestos, for a total
<br />of $5,225.00, from the contingency Account, to cover
<br />additional community Center study expenses for the
<br />Concordia facility be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Central Park
<br />Foundation's Project Proposal 88-6, proposing to
<br />install an irrigation system for the Amphitheater
<br />and Lexington softball fields, and to add trash
<br />receptacles and landscaping materials in Central Park,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8351,
<br />approving ten neighborhoods for 1989 street construc-
<br />tion as per the attached drawing, and authorizing the
<br />preparation of feasibility studies for City Projects
<br />P-ST-89-02, P-ST-89-03, and P-89-04, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />G-1 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the city NEPOTISM
<br />Attorney be instructed to redraft the ordinance amend- ORDINANCE
<br />ing the City Code of the City of Roseville by adding
<br />Section 254.095, Nepotism, to reflect changes as
<br />follows: Title to be called "Employment" instead of
<br />"Nepotism"; strike the word "full-time" in the third
<br />line; strike the last sentence; and add a final
<br />sentence which will clarify that no prejudice shall be
<br />shown against relatives in the employment process; if
<br />such position is advertised and a determination made
<br />that such person is the best qualified for the posi-
<br />tion, whether it be a full-time, part-time, or seasonal
<br />position. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
