<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 22, 1988 <br /> <br />D-l <br /> <br />A petition was presented to the Council by Gail <br />Westby, regarding the use of the Concordia School <br />site, requesting the City to conduct a referendum for <br />the purpose of acquiring the School site. <br /> <br />E-1 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a resolution <br />resolving to conduct zoning studies on the Can-Ami <br />Reiling site, delaying development until such study is <br />completed, and adopting an ordinance implementing a <br />Moratorium, be continued to the September 26, 1988 <br />regular City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Lawrence Bieza's <br />petition to have the City Council consider rezoning <br />the George Reiling site at 2775 Lexington Avenue from <br />R-2 and SC to R-1, be referred to the October 5, 1988 <br />Planning Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: John- <br />son, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Butler Paper <br />Company's request for variance to the floor area ratio <br />at 3080 Long Lake Road be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a drainage plan be submitted for City staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />2. That a sidewalk be constructed, or funds be <br />escrowed for future sidewalk construction along <br />Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />3. That a landscape plan be submitted for staff <br />approval which provides for additional land- <br />scaping along the south and west sides of the <br />site. <br /> <br />4. That the bituminous parking area be repaired. <br /> <br />5. That concrete perimeter curbing be constructed <br />around all parking areas. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, <br />None. <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Roseville Central <br />Park Foundation's Application for Temporary On Sale <br />Liquor License for the Central Park Foundation Ball to <br />be held September 24, 1988, at Har Mar Mall, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Matson, <br />and Rog. Nays: None.
