Murphy oil request for variance at 2151 North <br />Dale street. <br /> <br />2. Woodbridge Corporation request for Special Use <br />Permit at 3030 and 3050 Centre pointe Drive. <br /> <br />3. Mary Usenik request for lot division at 2955 West <br />Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />4. Barry O'Meara request for Special Use Permit for <br />a Planned Unit Development and preliminary and <br />final plat at 2551 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />5. Bradford Schools, Inc. request for a Special Use <br />Permit for a Planned Unit Development at 2340- <br />2350 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the City Attorney be <br />directed to draft an ordinance which would amend the <br />City Code of the City of Roseville by adding a new <br />chapter prohibiting scavenging of curbside recycling <br />materials. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, <br />Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8372, <br />authorizing funding for the North Suburban Older Adult <br />Home Share Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the licenses be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, <br />Kehr, and Rog.
