<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council - November 7, 1988. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date, at the Roseville <br />High School Cafeteria, with the following members present: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Members absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, <br />be reinstated to the position of <br />City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: Matson, Kehr, and Rog. <br /> <br />that James F. Andre <br />City of Roseville <br />Cushman and Johnson. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Rog seconded, that Resolution No. 8377, <br />relieving James Andre from the position of city <br />Manager, be adopted. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposed <br />resolution be amended to increase the severance pay <br />for James Andre from three months to six months. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson and Cushman. Nays: Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rog. <br /> <br />Roll Call on original motion: Ayes: Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rog.
