I knovl from being <br />President of the MLC (Metropolitan Legislative Commission) <br />and from working with many metro-area managers that Andre <br />succeeded to position of "Dean" after Hyde's retirement. <br />Other managers regarded Andre with great respect. <br /> <br />I respectfully ask the Roseville City Council to rescind its <br />resolution to discharge/suspend JAMES F.
