<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - January 9, 1989.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of December 12, 1988 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />The Police chief described the purpose of the new Police
<br />Liaison Program, and introduced Carol Skoglund, the person
<br />recently assigned to the position.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Dove Develop-
<br />ment's request for a Special Use Permit for a Planned
<br />unit Development, variance, and preliminary plat at
<br />899 West County Road B be continued to the February
<br />13, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Sinclair oil Cor-
<br />poration/Har Mar CX Partnership's request for rezoning
<br />from SC to B-3, Special Use Permit for an automobile
<br />repair shop, and variance to parking requirements at
<br />2168 N. Snelling be continued to the January 23, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the March 13, 1989

<br />place Associates' request for rezoning from I-I to
<br />B-4, Planned Unit Development, and special Use Permit
<br />for site plan approval at 2401 North Fairview Avenue
<br />be continued to the February 13, 1989 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
