<br />1 for 1988 Contract E, for the installation of the NO. 1 FOR
<br />retaining wall and chain link fence on the east side 1988 CONTRACT
<br />of the Burger King property on Snelling Avenue and E
<br />County Road B, in the amount of $2,290.00, be approved.

<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County, Division No.
<br />00061871, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Church request to conduct lawful gambling activities
<br />on January 31 and May 31, 1989, at 2072 N. Hamline
<br />Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Minnesota Order
<br />of the Cootie Auxiliary - Pup Tent #1 request to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities on January 29,
<br />1989, at the Roseville V.F.W., 1145 Woodhill Drive, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the B-Dale Men's
<br />Club request for renewal of their Class "A" gambling
<br />license at 2100 N. Dale street, Rosetown American
<br />Legion Post No. 542 request for renewal of their Class
<br />"B" gambling license at 700 W. County Road C, and North
<br />Suburban Youth Association request for a Class B
<br />gambling license at 1744 N. Lexington Avenue (Chopstick
<br />Inn) be continued to the January 23, 1989 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman and Johnson. Nays:
<br />Kehr and Rog. Abstain: Matson. Motion failed.
