<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that a proclamation proclaim- PROCLAMATION
<br />ing February, 1989, as National Community College Month, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />C-1 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8408,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-89-02, Neighborhood No.5,
<br />Wilder, Mildred street reconstruction, and authorizing
<br />the preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8409,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-89-02, Neighborhood No.7,
<br />Wheeler (to be constructed at a 32 ft. width), Shore-
<br />wood Curve street reconstruction, and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8410,
<br />ordering Improvement No. ST-89-15, Mildred Drive and
<br />County Road D area storm sewer, and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8411,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-89-02, Neighborhood No.8,
<br />Wheeler, Aldine, Stanbridge, Maple Lane, Millwood C-2
<br />street reconstruction, and authorizing the preparation
<br />of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cush-
<br />man, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8412,
<br />ordering Improvement No. P-89-03, Lydia street recon-
<br />struction, and authorizing the preparation of plans, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he lives
<br />on Lydia.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8413,
<br />ordering Improvement No. ST-89-09, LydiajAldine area
<br />storm sewer with Alternate No.1, and authorizing the
<br />preparation of plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
