<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Dove Development's
<br />request for a lot division and variance to driveway
<br />setback requirements at 899 West County Road B be
<br />continued to the March 27, 1989 city council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for a final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />victoria street be continued to the March 27, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of
<br />the subdivision ordinance amendment concerning park
<br />land dedication requirements be continued to the March
<br />27, 1989 City council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of
<br />the review of City ordinances and polices relating to
<br />outside storage and merchandising be continued to the
<br />March 27, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Sinclair oil's
<br />request for withdrawal of their application for
<br />rezoning from SC to B-3, Special Use Permit for an
<br />automobile repair shop and variance to parking
<br />requirements at 2168 N. Snelling Avenue, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None. .

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Welsh Company's
<br />request for Comprehensive Plan change from low density
<br />residential to business, rezoning from R-1 to SC,
<br />Special Use Permit for a Planned unit Development,
<br />preliminary and final plat, variance to amount of
<br />parking and parking stall size requirements, and vaca-
<br />tion of right-of-way at 1665 County Road B-2, be
<br />continued to the February 27, 1989 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Belair Builders'
<br />request for withdrawal of their application for
<br />rezoning from 1-1 to I-2, Special Use Permits for a
<br />Planned unit Development, truck rental agency and
<br />commercial truck wash, and variances to parking set-
<br />back, curbing, and fence height requirements at 2211
<br />County Road C-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
