<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Senior Parents Association's request to conduct lawful
<br />gambling activities at the Roseville Area Middle
<br />School, 15 East County Road B-2, with9ut obtaining a
<br />State Gambling License, waiving the $5.00 local fee
<br />and the Police Department background investigation be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8422,
<br />supporting the Minnesota Oval bonding request, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson,

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8423,
<br />requesting a two percent local lodging tax, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that staff be instructed
<br />to work with the City Attorney in drafting a letter to
<br />be sent to Albrecht Companies, 1408 West County Road
<br />C, Loehmann's Plaza and Pavilion Place regarding snow
<br />removal at Loehmann's Plaza and Pavilion Place. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
