<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the release/vacation
<br />of a sanitary sewer easement, Document No. 2345739 and
<br />a drainage and utility easement, as shown in the Krank
<br />Addition under Document No. 2415783, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a utility easement
<br />over Lot 2, Block 1 of Werner Heights Addition be
<br />accepted, and that the release of easements for
<br />sanitary sewer easement, Document No. 1440671, and
<br />drainage and utility easement, Document No. 2248450,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the city Manager be
<br />authorized to notify Ramsey County that the city is
<br />releasing any claim to purchase the tax-forfeited
<br />parcel that lies behind 1136 Ryan Avenue in Roseville.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8424,
<br />requesting the Metropolitan Council HRA to implement
<br />revolving loan program within the city of Roseville,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following items
<br />be referred to the April 5, 1989 Planning Commission
<br />meeting, and establishing the Council public hearings
<br />for April 10, 1989:
<br />
<br />1. Rosedale Chevrolet/Mack Truck petition to vacate a
<br />portion of County Road C-2 between Long Lake Road
<br />and 35W.
<br />
<br />2. Paul Kysylyczyn request for a lot division at 3083
<br />Victoria street.
<br />
<br />3. Lorraine st. Louis request for'a lot division at
<br />2185 st. Croix street.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Public Works
<br />Director be directed to issue a well permit to Delta
<br />Environmental Consultants, Inc./Amoco oil for the
<br />installation of three ground water monitoring wells.
