<br />for site plan approval for expansion to Rosedale

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that st. Rose of Lima
<br />Church/School's request to conduct a raffle on April
<br />30, 1989, at 2048 N. Hamline Avenue, without obtaining
<br />a State Gambling License be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the public hearing
<br />concerning an amendment to the subdivision ordinance
<br />regulations pertaining to park land dedication
<br />requirements be continued to the April 24, 1989 City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the pUblic hearing
<br />concerning an amendment to the zoning ordinance provi-
<br />sions pertaining to outside display of merchandise be
<br />continued to the April 24, 1989 City Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Centre pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W,
<br />between County Road C and D, be continued to the May
<br />22, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Rosedale Chevrolet/
<br />Mack Truck's request for vacation of the portion of
<br />County Road C-2 lying between Long Lake Road and 35W
<br />be continued to the April 24, 1989 City Council meet-
<br />ing. staff is also directed to review site drainage
<br />for the property and report back at the April 24, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the Volunteer Fire/
<br />Reserve Police Appreciation Banquet be held on Satur-
<br />day, June 10, 1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
