<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council - Saturday, April 15, <br />1989. <br /> <br />5:05 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />D. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />D-1 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Sathe and Associates, CITY MANAGER <br />Inc. be authorized to negotiate a compensation package, <br />in accordance with Council direction, with Mr. Steve <br />Sarkozy, a candidate for the position of city Manager <br />of the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the Mayor be <br />authorized to approve the compensation package <br />negotiated by Sathe and Associates, Inc. with Steve <br />Sarkozy. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />Matson, and Rog.
