<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that May, 1989, be proclaimed PROCLAMATION
<br />National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. Roll Call,

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of April 10, 1989 be approved. Roll

<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />special meeting of April 15, 1989 be approved. Roll

<br />015 from the Municipal State Aid System, be adopted,
<br />and staff be directed to forward two certified copies
<br />of the resolution to the District State Aid Engineer's
<br />Office. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Twin City Lawmen's
<br />Athletic Association's request to hold a raffle on
<br />June 15, 1989, at B-Dale Men's Club, 2100 N. Dale
<br />street without obtaining a state Gambling License be
