<br />Kehr moved, Rog seconded, that North Suburban Youth
<br />Association's request for a Class B gambling license
<br />at 2720 Snelling Frontage Road be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr and Rog. Nays: Johnson and Cush-
<br />man. Abstain: Matson.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that North Suburban
<br />Youth Association's request for waiver of a sixty day
<br />waiting period for a Class B gambling license be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: Cushman. Abstain: Matson.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a proposed policy
<br />for processing blanket minor variances for driveway
<br />side yard setbacks in conjunction with the Pavement
<br />Management Program be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8445,
<br />supporting efforts to ban importation, distribution,
<br />sales, and possession of military assault weapons, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8446,
<br />approving the proposed 1989 - 1993 Capital Improvement
<br />Plan, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a Joint Powers
<br />Agreement to provide animal control services to the
<br />City of Falcon Heights for the remainder of 1989 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
