<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 8, 1989 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Ed Cave and Sons <br />request for preliminary plat approval on the south <br />side of Corpus Christi Church and School property at <br />2131 Fairview Avenue be referred to the June 7, 1989 <br />Planning Commission meeting and establishing a Council <br />public hearing for June 12, 1989. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Johnson, and Matson. Nays: Cushman. <br /> <br />F-7 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Council <br />has determined that the building permits issued to <br />Frank Rekuski in March of 1988 and prior years were <br />issued on the basis of inaccurate information given to <br />the City by Frank Rekuski. The city has determined <br />that based on the inaccurate information, all building <br />permits heretofore issued be revoked, and the Building <br />Department is instructed to notify Frank Rekuski of <br />this action. Further, that any further building at <br />1225 Josephine Road, Roseville, without a permit, will <br />result in prosecution. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Matson. Nays: None. Abstain: Kehr. <br /> <br />K. <br />K-1 <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 9:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cush- <br />man, Johnson, and Matson.
