<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8461,
<br />awarding the bid for Project P-89-04, 1989 Contract 0,
<br />Neighborhood 67, Fernwood Avenue, Larpenteur to Rose-
<br />lawn, County Road B pathway, Hamline to Grotto, and
<br />Larpenteur Avenue signal improvement to Central Land-
<br />scaping in the amount of $618,070.99, be adopted.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Ashbach Construc-
<br />tion Company's request for a variance to City Code
<br />section 207.020 (D), to allow construction 24 hours
<br />per day between June 13, 1989 and June 19, 1989, on
<br />Walnut Street between Rose Place and High Crest Road
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Acting City
<br />Manager be authorized to request proposals for pro-
<br />viding curbside recycling services to the City of
<br />Roseville for the period July, 1989 through December,

<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
