Nays: None. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Minnesota <br />Solvents and Chemicals Corporation request for a <br />Special Use Permit at 2340 Roseplace be continued to <br />the July 24, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that George Reiling's <br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835 <br />victoria Street be continued to the July 24, 1989 City <br />Council meeting. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that proposed amend- <br />ment to the City's shoreline ordinance be continued to <br />the July 24, 1989 City Council meeting. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />1. That the curvature of the road be approved and <br />variances from subdivision standards granted to <br />permit the design as shown on plans dated April <br />19,1989. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant construct improvements accord- <br />ing to plans and specifications submitted and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />3. That the water line be looped according to city <br />standards at the applicant's cost. <br /> <br />4. That the plat show the water main easement in the <br />proper location. <br />
