<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Jacquelyn
<br />Lindberg, 448 W. County Road C, Roseville, Minnesota,
<br />be appointed to the vacancy on the Roseville Human
<br />Rights Commission for a three year term expiring on
<br />March 31, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Dove Develop-
<br />ment's request for withdrawal of lot division and
<br />variance to driveway setback requirements at 899 w.
<br />County Road B be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Roseville Prop-
<br />erties request for variances at 2000 W. County Road
<br />B-2 be continued to the July 24, 1989 city Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Sign Consultants,
<br />Inc. request for sign setback variance at Centre
<br />pointe Business Park be approved per plans dated
<br />April 27, 1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Eugene Schultz'
<br />request for lot division at 3007 victoria Street be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That an additional ten feet of right-of-way be
<br />dedicated along victoria Street.
<br />
<br />2. That a turnaround be provided on the new lot.
<br />

<br />College's request for variance to the driveway setback
