EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-second day of July, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8695 RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF HAMLINE AVENUE WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B; and WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds (S.A.P. 62-650-04) on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a County state Aid project in the city, has been determined. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Thomas and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, and Johnson and the following voted against the same: Maschka and Rog. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
