<br />A-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of June 26, 1989 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8466, RESOLUTION
<br />"In Appreciation to Al Danks Upon His Retirement From 8466
<br />the city of Roseville," be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the following
<br />blanket variances be approved:

<br />1. Elof Holmquist request for a five foot variance at
<br />637 Eldridge Avenue.

<br />2. Douglas Taylor request for a two foot variance at
<br />1230 W. Roselawn Avenue.
<br />

<br />mission meeting, and establishing a Council public
<br />hearing for August 28, 1989:

<br />1. Gateway Development request for Special Use Permit
<br />for site plan approval at 1201 Larpenteur Avenue.
<br />

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that bids, specifica-
<br />tions, and architectural drawings for the Harriet
<br />Alexander Interpretive Center, funded by the Central
<br />Park Foundation, be approved, and authorization be
<br />given to advertise for bids. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the bid for 2331
<br />bituminous paving material awarded to Midwest Asphalt
<br />at the June 12, 1989 Council meeting be reconsidered
<br />because of certain loading difficulties and extra
<br />hauling distance from Midwest Asphalt, and awarded to
<br />T. A. Schifsky and Sons at $18.50 per ton. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
