<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8474,
<br />declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering the
<br />preparation of assessments on Project M-P-87-20,
<br />County Road B-2 from Snelling Avenue to Fairview
<br />Avenue and Fairview Avenue from County Road B-2 to
<br />County Road B (traffic signals and roadway modifica-
<br />tions), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8475,
<br />declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering the
<br />preparation of assessments on Project P-88-02, No. 14,
<br />Pascal Avenue, Talisman Curve and Sheldon street north
<br />of County Road C (street, curb, and gutter) be adopted.

<br />Avenue, Aldine street, Charlotte street, and Fry
<br />Street north of Oakcrest Avenue (street, curb, and
<br />gutter) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,

<br />Street, Pascal Street, Albert Street, and Sheldon
<br />street north of County Road B-2 (street, curb, and
<br />gutter), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,

<br />declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering the
<br />preparation of assessments on Project P-88-02, No. 29,
<br />Rose Place, Dellwood Avenue, Fernwood Avenue, Dunlap
<br />street, and Brooks Avenue south of County Road C and
<br />north of County Road B-2 (street, curb, and gutter),
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Contract for Project No. 89-19, Easement No. 11-43-60,
<br />Sandra J. Anderson--easement amount $800, and Project
<br />No. 89-19, Easement No. 11-43-62, Robert and Arlene
<br />Eberhard--easement amount $800, be approved and
<br />directing staff to forward the easements to the city
<br />Attorney for recording. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cush-
