<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835
<br />Victoria street be continued to the August 28, 1989
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that M.A.T. properties
<br />request for rezoning from R-l to B-3 and a special Use
<br />Permit for a convenience store with fuel sales at 2884
<br />Old Highway 8 be continued to the August 14, 1989 city
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Minnesota
<br />Solvents and Chemicals Corporation request for special
<br />Use Permit at 2340 Rose Place be continued to the
<br />August 14, 1989 City council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance No.
<br />1062, regarding variance to the setback requirements
<br />established in the Shore Land Management Ordinance, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Ordinance Nos. 1063,
<br />1064, 1065, and 1066, regarding outside display of
<br />merchandise, be adopted with the condition that staff
<br />report back after one year. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Larken, Inc.
<br />application for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses for the Holiday Inn of Roseville, 2540
<br />Cleveland Avenue North, through December 31, 1989, be
<br />approved with the condition that the required bond be
<br />submitted before the license may be issued. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that closure of County
<br />Road C-2 between Fairview Avenue and Cleveland Avenue
<br />be continued to the August 14, 1989 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Option 3, to
<br />shift the road center line three feet west of the
<br />right-of-way center line and acquiring two feet of
<br />easement on the east side of Hamline Avenue to enable
<br />a five foot pathway on both sides of Hamline from
<br />Roselawn to County Road B be approved, with the condi-
<br />tion that the width of boulevard be varied from 4 feet
