<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Roseville Prop-
<br />erties request for a variance to allow parking within
<br />18 feet of the right-of-way instead of the required 40
<br />feet be approved subject to the Post Office locating
<br />on the site. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that authorization to
<br />enter into a Development Agreement with Roseville
<br />Properties subject to the Post Office development
<br />moving forward be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: Johnson.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that action on a feasi-
<br />bility study for County Road B improvements from Dale
<br />street to a point 1,200 feet east of Rice street,
<br />Project ST-P-SW-89-17, and authorization for Ramsey
<br />County Consultant, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson, and
<br />Associates, to proceed to preliminary engineering
<br />phase of the improvement project be continued to the
<br />August 14, 1989 city Council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Twin city
<br />Freight's request for fire code variance to allow
<br />storage of up to 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel in
<br />above ground tank with dispensing at 2550 Long Lake
<br />Road be approved, and forwarded to the state Fire
<br />Marshal. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that authorization to
<br />enter into an administrative contract with Washington
<br />County Housing and Redevelopment Authority be ap-
<br />proved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that changing the voting
<br />poll location for Roseville Precinct 9 from Central
<br />Park School, 535 W. County Road B-2, to parkview
<br />Center School, 701 West County Road B, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8485,
<br />approving the six neighborhoods for 1990 Street recon-
<br />struction and authorizing the preparation of feasi-
<br />bility studies for city projects P-90-02, P-90-03, and
<br />P-90-04, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
