<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 28, 1989 <br /> <br />C. <br />C-l <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Gateway Develop- <br />ment Co./Rainbow Foods request for Special Use Permit <br />at 1201 Larpenteur Avenue West be continued to the <br />September 25, 1989, regular City council meeting. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Welsh company's <br />request for final plat at 1665 County Road B-2 be <br />continued to the September 25, 1989, regular City <br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, <br />Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that George Reiling's <br />request for final plat at 2815, 2834, and 2835 <br />victoria Street be continued to the September 25, <br />1989, regular City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Hicks Construc- <br />tion Company, Inc. request for Special Use Permit and <br />variances for a convenience store with fuel sales and <br />a car wash at 1681 Rice Street be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the site be developed in accordance with <br />plans dated July 24, 1989. <br /> <br />2. That there be brick on all four sides of the <br />building. <br /> <br />3. That there be parapet screening of roof top <br />mechanical units. <br /> <br />4. That there be concrete curb installed on the peri- <br />meter of all parking areas. <br /> <br />5. That final plans be submitted for staff review and <br />approval. <br /> <br />6. That the curb on the east side have a minimum set- <br />back of 7 feet instead of the 6 feet as shown. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Rog.
