<br />D-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that a Special Council SPECIAL
<br />Meeting be established for September 27 and November 8,COUNCIL
<br />1989, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall, for the purpose MEETINGS
<br />of canvassing the results of the September 26 Primary
<br />Election and the November 7 General Election. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes; Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />F-1 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Gerald Mundt/Victor
<br />vik's request to withdraw lot division and setback
<br />variances at 476 Woodruff Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ashland OiljRapid
<br />oil's request for variance to side yard setback
<br />requirements at 1925 Lexington Avenue be continued to
<br />the regular city Council meeting of October 23, 1989.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Mac Propertiesj
<br />Lawrence McGough's request for a side yard setback
<br />variance at 2737 Fairview Avenue be approved with the
<br />following conditions:

<br />
<br />1. That the exterior material of the addition be
<br />brick, to match the existing building.
<br />
<br />2. That a landscape plan showing trees and land-
<br />scaping along the south property line be submitted
<br />for staff review and approval.

<br />F-4 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a hearing on the PROPOSED TAX
<br />City of Roseville's proposed tax levy be established LEVY
<br />in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m. for the October
<br />9, 1989 City Council meeting, and if additional time
<br />is needed, reconvening the hearing on October 18,
<br />1989, in the Council Chambers. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />F-5 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8503, RESOLUTION
<br />directing the County Auditor to levy unpaid water and 8503
<br />sewer charges for 1990, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
