Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, <br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the charge of unfair <br />campaign practices by Ron Wallace regarding the Rose- <br />ville citizens Council for Fair and Open Government be <br />referred to the Ramsey County Attorney. (Mr. Wallace <br />will provide specifics of the charge in writing to the <br />City Manager by September 29, 1989.) Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Matson, Kehr, and Rog.
