APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-1 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />regular meeting of October 9, 1989 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent Agenda, CONSENT <br />Items B-1, B-3, and B-4, be approved. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Walter Blinderman's WALTER <br />request for a minor variance of fifteen feet for house BLINDERMAN <br />and fifteen and one-half feet for garage to add a 12 <br />x 16 foot family room addition at 482 Eldridge Avenue <br />North be approved.
