CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - November 13, 1989. 7:30 P.M. The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Members absent: Matson. Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that a proclamation, proclaim- PROCLAMATION ing November 13 - 18, 1989 as American Education Week in Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A-I Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES regular meeting of October 23, 1989 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he was absent. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of November 8, 1989 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Abstain: Kehr, because he was absent. B. B-1 CONSENT AGENDA Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Glen Holliday's request for minor variance at 999 W. Larpenteur, in accordance with the City's policy concerning minor variances for driveway side yard setbacks, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
